Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by simply stopping your monthly payments. This removes your account from auto-bill which will remove you from our membership. There are no refunds or charge backs since monthly membership enrolls you in the system and network in advance.

If payments are not paid by the due date (the monthly anniversary of the date you enrolled) the plan membership will simply terminate.

Unless you cancel at least 3 calendar days before the renewal date, the membership will automatically renew, and you authorize us without notice, except where required by law, to charge the payment method on file to collect applicable fees.

We may apply a cancellation fee of up to $35.00 for any membership cancelled within the first 90 days of enrollment, as permitted by applicable state and federal law.
